Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged,defective, or incorrect. 
• The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery. 
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents included. 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to improper use or handling. 
• Customized or made-to-order furniture items. 
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to screen/display differences. 
• Products returned without original  packaging. 

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. 
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer. 
• In some cases, replacement products may be offered instead of refunds. 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges. 
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
